Springboard was founded by 20-year veteran publishing executive, instructional designer, author, and graphologist, Ellen J. Nusbaum in 2005. She has been working as a contract educational and marketing writer since 1999. Ms. Nusbaum works independently and with a network of expert learning designers, writers, desktop publishers, editors, and artists to deliver highest quality products and services to a diverse clientele. As a contract instructional designer, Ms. Nusbaum has developed hundreds of technical, business, marketing, financial, and soft skills products and curricula.

Products she and her teams have created are currently delivered across all learning dimensions including MBT, CBT, VBT, self-paced, classroom, and blended learning for training content publishers, vocational education, online universities, academia, and corporate in-house learning initiatives. Springboard is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
