Springboard was founded by 20-year veteran publishing executive, instructional designer, and programs manager, Ellen J. Nusbaum in 2005. She has been working as a contract educational consultant and project/programs manager since 1999.

Ms. Nusbaum works with a network of expert learning designers, writers, subject matter experts, project managers, quality assurance specialists, editors, desktop publishers, and media arts experts to deliver highest quality products and services to a diverse clientele such as universities, textbook publishers, vocational schools, and corporate training programs. Springboard has developed more than a thousand academic, technical, business, marketing, financial, and soft skills products and curricula from one-off titles to 50+ course projects.

The learning products she and her teams have created are currently delivered across all learning dimensions including online and on-ground courses for synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid\blended delivery to every type of learning institution (K-University) and corporate training initiative. Springboard is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
